Founder & Owner of headfonics.com. I first started reviewing in the late 80s (ouch!). Back then it was albums, rock concerts and interviews with a typewriter for the local rag. Now its desktop/portable and digital 2.1 audio on a rather nice laptop. How time flies.

A lover of music, audio gear, and a Computer geek. I have an eclectic taste in music and a particular passion for great sound. I've spun vinyl as a DJ in New York City and New Jersey, worked in electronics manufacturing and sold Audio equipment at a major audio retailer. I’ve been around.

A casual enthusiast my curiosity about finding good audio has never stopped. With a background in mechatronics and a mindset for gadgets in general, I get excited with innovations and great value propositions

Self Proclaimed Musicality Guru, Photographer, Audiophile and part time Ninja. I started my audio journey back in 96' and haven't looked back. My ultimate goal in this life is to experience as many Hifi rigs as possible...because I am an audio addict.

Music has been my constant addiction. I’m a post-grad computer research engineer who loves audio and enjoys fiddling with audio gears. Aside from music, I also weave other hobbies into my life such as tweaking coffee recipes and biking like crazy around the city.

Asian engineer and a tech lover who listens to Cantopop, jazz, and JPop genres. I love to travel, never in one place for a long time though a bit hard these days due to the pandemic. Be warned, my humor is dry!

My journey started with a pair of IEMs and I have not looked back. The journey down this rabbit hole has just begun and I can't wait to see what else is ahead. I love to listen to most types of music especially RnB, Pop, Hip Hop, EDM & Classical.

I got my start in audio by trying to find the cheapest way to get high-quality sound. These days, I'm just a marketing manager with an engineering background trying to listen to Hip-hop, Jazz, and R&B whenever I get the chance.

When Rabi isn’t exploring his love for music with high-end portable HiFi gear, you can find him working on film and television sets throughout the industry. His drive and passion continue to push him to search for the next big thing that’s going to make the community excited again!
